Paver Restoration

Instead of relying on high-pressure techniques, Mizner Pavers uses high water flow to thoroughly rinse the surface while maintaining the integrity of the underlying base material.
Paver Sealing
Mizner Pavers utilizes industry-leading sealers specifically formulated for the rigorous climate conditions of South Florida. Following a comprehensive cleaning process, new paver joint sand—selected to complement the color of the pavers—is meticulously applied across the entire area.
A water-based, film-forming sealer is utilized for traditional concrete pavers. This type of sealer offers outstanding hardening of newly applied paver joint sand, enhances paver colors for a richer appearance, and forms a protective film that safeguards the surface against contaminants.
For natural stone pavers such as travertine, marble, and shell stone, the application of a penetrating sealer is recommended. Penetrating sealers provide protection by limiting the absorption of liquids into the stone from within. These sealers maintain the original appearance of the stone surfaces and, importantly, do not increase the risk of slipperiness when wet.
Paver Repairs

While loosened, shifted, or sunken pavers may be visible in one area, the underlying issue often originates elsewhere. To ensure a comprehensive and durable repair, Mizner Pavers' technicians remove pavers not only from the immediate problem area but also from adjacent sections until they reach stable, unaffected pavers. A new paver base is then installed, followed by the careful reinstallation of the pavers.

Before starting the wash, all sensitive areas and electronic devices will be protected. Additionally, as part of this service, all patio furniture will be washed and wiped down at no extra charge.
Roof Washing
